My Biggest Realisation: Mastery Over Money
I wasn’t that happy about the money. Of course winning money is the goal of the game, but simply I am getting a bit indifferent about it the more my bankroll grows. I truly understood my ultimate goal will be to understand the dynamics of the game as deeply as I can, because that is what really makes me happy about the game. The fact of fully knowing what’s going on during the play is what truly keeps me focused and thrilled. This might be the biggest thing I inherited from my coach.
How My View of Poker Evolved
I am going in a direction which is understanding the game >> making the more money, hoping that these two lines will meet at some point. That is actually something I truly developed during my BitB journey. I remember at the beginning being very skeptical about what was the role of poker in my life, if it was barely a way to get a lot of money. Now I know it’s a means of personal growth at 360 degrees, and I would like to thank all of you guys for helping me understand that.
